Upon returning to Maryland in 2004, Jeremy utilized his management experience to transition into the land development industry, where he managed the development of residential subdivisions including the construction of a 90 lot custom home community. Jeremy Rutter started Rutter Project Management in 2008 and has since delved deeper into the land development process.
