Jeremy Rutter began his higher education in civil engineering in 1992 and developed an interest in construction management. His first position after graduating with a Master of Science degree in 1998 brought him to Wisconsin. Upon graduation his full time position was project management, on complex road and bridge projects, where he implemented improvements in scheduling, productivity and operations. Upon returning to Maryland in 2004, Jeremy utilized his management experience to transition into the land development industry, where he managed the development of residential subdivisions including the construction of a 90 lot custom home community. Jeremy Rutter started Rutter Project Management in 2008 and has since delved deeper into the land development process. Jeremy has managed residential single family and townhouse communities as well as complex large mixed use communities with over 1,400 units of residential, retail, and commercial components. In addition to the residential and mixed use communities Jeremy has managed the plan processing and permitting of some large scale industrial buildings. He has focused on developing project schedules that start with project inception and continue through county reviews, permitting, construction, bond releases and dedication. In addition to guiding clients through the challenging approval process, Jeremy also manages the assembly of capable consultants and contractors to deliver a successful project.

Tara Labosky thrives on being at the jobsite and watching projects come to fruition. As a result of almost 20 years in the architecture profession, she has developed a keen focus on project documentation and management. Her previous experience includes managing the design and contract administration of multi-family, institutional and commercial projects throughout Maryland and San Francisco. On a typical project, she was responsible for supervising large teams of diverse consultants, visiting jobsites to document progress, reviewing payment applications for accuracy, observing work to ensure it was in conformance with the contract documents, and facilitating discussions to resolve difficult problems. These skills gained from experience as an architect have easily translated to the construction management field. As a project manager for Rutter, Tara continues to work to ensure an outstanding project outcome by actively engaging in the daily site activities and building relationships with the project team.
Tara shares her passion for construction management by introducing students to both the architecture and construction professions through her volunteer work with the AIA, NAWIC and ACE Mentor Program
